Pressure Washing:
Dogwood Painting will pressure wash all areas before we paint or stain to provide a clean surface. 

Caulking and Putty:
Caulking all surface cracks and nail holes is one of the most important steps in keeping water from destroying your house. We will find all cracks in your house and caulk them.

Part of preparing a house is removing loose or cracked glazing from windows and replacing with new glazing compound. This will prevent water from attacking the sash.

Sanding & Priming:
Surface preparation is the most important element of a long lasting paint job. We will sand all loose and flaking paint, then spot prime all bare and weathered areas. A clean well prepared surface that has been primed will give the finish coat of paint the longest life.

Minor Wood Repair:
Dogwood Painting will replace rotten windows, trim, soffitts and facias as needed. We also repair decks.

Materials:
We use only the highest quality caulk and paint from Sherwin Williams or Duron. The use of different manufacturer's paint or materials may incur additional costs.
